I have learned my lesson.
No more stinking brownies.
No more containers of krispy kreme donut holes.
Stick to the plan.
Stay focused.
Say no.
This is a life lesson.
I can do it.

I wanted to add one more comment. After many years, I made a Drs appt and for the first time since I can remember I was in the normal range for body mass and all my key indicators-- cholesterol, glucose, etc were excellent. As a mom, I am so happy that WW has helped me get healthier.

Weekends are always so tough-- I have high school boys who are active and need to eat....and those darn BLT's (bites, licks and tastes) are killers. I am staring at a bag of Ranch Doritos right now-- oh my. Going for a walk. The sweet stuff does not bother me-- but what I would give for some cheese and crackers!! Hope you have a good weekend!

You can do it! I will watch and work with you, but not the ww at the moment. I am going to start watching more what I eat!
